The Inditherm CosyCrib platform height is continuously variable, electrically operated, completely smooth and quiet, ensuring no disturbance of the baby. This caters for every nursing need and for new mothers, even when seated.
The system is fully equipped with a range of practical features as standard. Generous storage is unobtrusive yet readily accessed; a washable hood to shield the baby from light is easily set up and removed; a retractable shelf facilitates the convenient placement of items for routine washing and changing. The nursing platform can be tilted at different angles for situations where there is need to nurse the baby head-up.
The CosyTherm neonatal warming system can be seamlessly integrated with the CosyCrib, to provide an enhanced care environment for the newborn infant.
Integrated Warming Option
Active warming of pre-term and low birth-weight babies can reduce complications and improve outcomes. Open access to the infant makes nursing easier, reduces anxiety for the parents and improves the baby’s early development.
The CosyCrib design allows full integration of the CosyTherm neonatal warming system, which uses latest technology and is already well proven. This combination provides an ideal environment for nursing patients with poor thermoregulation and can release more complex and expensive equipment for infants needing more intensive treatment.
