Nick Bettles, Chief Executive
Nick is a Chartered Engineer with a strong track record in business development in both the Medical and Industrial sectors. He was Divisional Director of Inditherm's medical business until he was appointed Chief Executive in November 2007. Nick previously worked for Land Instruments International where he was General Manager for the Combustion and Environmental Division. He also spent sixteen years with the Medical Divisions of Vickers and Oxford Instruments where he held various positions. He has an MSc in Medical Electronics and a BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, both from Bristol University.
Ian Smith, Finance Director and Company Secretary
Ian joined the Company in January 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant and qualified Corporate Treasurer and has over 25 years of international industrial experience gained at both group and operating company level in a wide range of industries. Ian has most recently been Finance Director for Portakabin Ltd and Holset Engineering Co Ltd, the turbocharging division of Cummins Engine Co Inc.
Neil Hollingworth, Technical & Operations Manager
Neil Hollingworth is an engineer with considerable experience in the design and implementation of control systems and electrical power installations. He has more than 20 years' experience in the food and process industries, working with such organisations as Cadbury Schweppes, Trebor Bassett, Mars and Unilever, where he won an innovation award from the Chairman. Neil's management experience includes working in businesses providing sub-contract engineering for many blue chip clients. He has a 1st class honours degree in Electronic Systems and Control Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and is a Member of the Institution of Engineering & Technology. Neil joined the team at Inditherm in September 2007.
Bruce Cantrill, Industrial & Construction Business Manager
Bruce is a Chartered Marketer with over 16 years experience in industrial sales and marketing management and joined Inditherm in January 2009. Most recently he was Marketing Director for CMD Limited, who manufacture and supply commercial electrical and lighting systems. Prior to this Bruce held various senior sales and marketing management positions in the pneumatics industry. He has an MSc in Marketing Practice and a BA in Business Studies, both from Sheffield Hallam University.
Marc Hayes, Industrial Sales Manager
Marc is a mechanical engineer and joined the Company in March 2003. He has extensive sales experience in the automation industry, notably in fluid power and electronic technology. He was previously Sales and Marketing Manager with a leading pneumatic and hydraulic manufacturer. Since joining the Company, Marc has been instrumental in developing the key account portfolio within the Industrial Division.
