Inditherm
plc was formed in 1998 to exploit its innovative flexible heating technology.
Since its formation, the Group has expanded in four main market sectors
concentrating on key market opportunities.
In
December 2001 the group floated on the London Stock Exchange (AIM), raising
£3.4m to fund expansion of the business. In July 2002
the Company relocated to new premises on theHoundhill Business Park
in Manvers near Rotherham. The new premises
enabled rapid expansion of manufacturing facilities from 250 m2 to
1,500m2.
In
2003, Inditherm raised a further £5 million for expansion from a public
offering.
In 2004
the Company gained its largest ever order from Chelsea Football Club, for the
heating of its new training grounds in Cobham, Surrey.
In January 2007 Inditherm re-financed and strengthened its
Balance Sheet by way of a Placing of 30,000,000 new ordinary shares, increasing
the Company's issued share capital to 51,112,581 Ordinary Shares and the Group's
cash resources to £4,567k immediately after the
Placing.
