Mark Abrahams (Aged 52, Chairman) *
Mark is currently the Chief Executive of Fenner Plc and was formerly non executive chairman of the Darby Group Plc. At Fenner he led a strategy of converting the group from a power transmissions manufacturer to a world leader in reinforced polymers. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Companion of the Institute of Management.

John Markham OBE (Aged 60) *
John joined the company in March 2002. He is a Chartered Engineer with a degree in chemical engineering and was awarded the OBE in 1995 for services to British industry. He has a wealth of experience in industries related to the Company's products and applications having spent twenty years with I.C.I. and more recently holding the positions of Chief Executive of Hickson International plc and C6 Solutions Ltd.
